Eos wandered aimlessly through the airport. Like many places in the world, the building was not in perfect shape. There were shattered windows and overturned chairs. Then again, in a way, it was normal to her. After all, Eos had never known anything different. She had never witnessed life amongst the metallic, plastic, and wooden objects. Humans only seemed to be a mystery to her. In fact, she had never seen one. She had only heard tales of them, horrible and sad tales. So the broken pieces did not distract her in the least. And, in a way, it was almost a luxury being here. It would be better than being outside during foul weather. Of course, in the far past, it would appear as rubbish to a human.

Stopping, she gazed out one of the windows, of which was broken in the top left corner. A curious look crossed her features. Swishing her tail, she blinked. The large object outside was abnormally large. Eos jumped onto her hind legs for a moment, only to rest her front paws against the window. Luckily, it did not break. Though she had been alive for a year already, she had yet to see something of the sort. Grinning slightly, she did not even show her fangs. She had to see the thing up close. Still looking out the window, she noticed there was a soft rain. There was no thunder or lightning, nor any precarious clouds; there was only a gentle rain. The sun was also out, though slowly edging towards the end of the earth.

She jumped away from the window. All four paws finally back on the ground, she somewhat jogged towards the closest door. Why did she care if it was raining? After all, she adored water. Besides, the orange and red hues from the sun made the raindrops look like crystals. Moving her head out into the rain, she lowered her maw at a sudden pat against her nose. Shaking her head, however, she quickly darted out of the building. Eos turned towards the direction of the large object, though still taking in the magnificent image of the sun and the rain. But the curiosity of everything continued to spark her forward. There was even a slight hop in her run. Tail high, she splashed through one of the many puddles. She was getting closer.

Turning a corner, Eos came right up next to the large, unmoving creature. It was not really alive. She knew this. However, it did remind her of something that was...- A bird. Or at least is somewhat appeared as one. Looking only at the object, she moved her maw from left to right. With the sun's reflection against the water droplets upon its side, it gave off a mystical scene. The light formed a colorful picture against the sky. Sitting softly onto her haunches, Eos gazed up at the dancing colors. But her vision was drawn back to the plane. "To have wings...like a bird." She whispered softly. Smiling, she showed her fangs. "I think I will stick with the ground and the water."

A soft sound clattered against her ears. Twitching her ears slightly, she gazed around the area. Apparently there was someone else nearby, if not close enough to watch her. But Eos did not pick up on anyone at the moment. Even so, she continued to scan, golden orbs glowing slightly from the setting sun's rays. For a moment she wondered if the other could be her brother, Helios. However, thinking about it, she guessed not. The two had separated a short while ago; the reason was merely to set distance. They guessed that time alone would help them in the end. So he would not simply show up. Forcing her back legs to straighten, she stood. "Who's there?" She barked, though she did not give any other sign of anger.

Eos continued to look around. For a moment, she wondered if the sound had been concocted by her own mind. However, sure enough, a female wolf stepped into her vision. Tilting her head slightly, she listened to the other's kind apology. She could not quite understand the reason behind the act. After all, it had not been her fault. Lately Eos had just been overly cautious. Not being around her elder brother made her nervous at times. And it was not simply because she was frightened of the world. In truth, she was more so scared of being alone...- Then again, she disliked being around large groups. Being around unknown wolves tended to make her anxious in some ways. In most situations, she would end up running away. Still, being a year old, she found running embarrassing. She had to grow up sooner or later.

"Thats alright..." She whispered softly, keeping a stoic look. Eos always found portraying emotions difficult, at least around anyone she did not know. So she decided to look back to the large metal creature. Within her peripheral vision, though, she watched the other wolf shake the rain from her coat. There was plenty of water against her own fur. However, being herself, she left it there. The rain felt good against her. And she finally looked back to the other. It was more than apparent that the two were both carefully watching each other. Even so, Eos would not have it any other way. Being clumsy and not watching out for oneself never ended well. Besides, it was only natural for one to do so when first meeting another being. "I guess I was curious too." She had ventured around the airport as well. Discriminating against the other female would not be proper or just.

A question boggled her mind, though. But asking it seemed to be a slight problem. Simply coming out and asking it could obviously seem rude. However, for safety sake, she decided to simply move forward. Eos only hoped that the other did not take it the wrong way. "May I ask your name?" She questioned. "Also, in return, I guess I should tell you my own; I am Eos." Names were a curious thing. Or at least she saw them as such. They were also a way to get to know someone.

The grin upon the other made her feel slightly better. At least she knew that there was no hostility. Eos disliked fighting. The act seemed rather pointless in the end, only ending with someone getting hurt. However, in some cases, she could find ways around it. But for something so simple would have been meaningless. The other wolf then mentioned being curious too. She liked searching for secret places where wolves had not ventured to before. Smiling softly, she nodded in agreement. Secrets were always fun to uncover. And even when the two seemed comfortable, it was as if the other was still looking for someone or something. "It's nice to meet you too Din." Eos said, tail now bouncing gently back and forth against the wet ground. She watched as the other played with an odd bug. "Other than looking around...? Well, nothing I guess. Um...What about you?"

Eos was quite startled by the second female's appearance. Standing up again, she lowered her ears slightly. But her tail began to tap slightly again as the other mentioned Din's name. Apparently the two knew each other, so hopefully they would not turn out to be enemies. Quickly sitting back again, she nodded back to the other wolf. "H..hello." She whispered softly, watching the two curiously. Not...sleeping in a pond? Eos contemplated the thought, mentally smiling to herself. Of course she would never laugh about it in front of Din. That would be rude, not to mention unkind. Finally Din acquainted the two, however, saying that the other was her sister. "It's a pleasure to meet you, too, Sue." Eos was relieved that the two were siblings. Smiling again, she watched as Sue laid against the ground. Now she asked the same question as Din. However, did Eos really have an answer...? Not really. "I'm just wandering..." She had nothing else to do, and no where else to go, so why not?

"So...what are you to doing?" Eos only felt right to ask the question back. Besides, she was just as curious.

Eos could not think of anything to say. These two were quite the pair. In some ways, however, they reminded her of brother and herself. Of course they even seemed a tad closer. The thought brought a smile to her face. It was not as if she did not miss Helios. The simple fact was that she wanted to try and fend without him for a while. Besides, she knew that he would come to her eventually. Hearing Sue's very kind offer, she wagged her tail. She was about to simply answer. However, she decided that would be rude. "Are...you sure?" Eos did not want to come off on the wrong foot. Seeing Din's drooling, she did smile. Then Din answered her question, mentioning that they too were looking for somewhere to stay. "I don't have anywhere to go either, so I guess you could say I am looking for somewhere to sleep too." Eos said softly, finally pondering the fact. Eos watched curiously as Din darted off after another beetle. Her own tail began to bounce in joy. This was...fun. Sue's comment also made her laugh softly. There really was something about her.

Eos smiled as Sue mentioned random facts about her sister. Bowing her head slightly, she remembered Sue's generous offer of a place to sleep. "Thank you." She said happily. Looking back at her two new friends, she wagged her tail playfully. It was more than obvious that the two were older than her. In fact, they looked around the same age as her brother. So, in a way, Eos felt oddly safe around them. They not only reminded her of a pack, but they reminded her of her brother. "Well...at least they are good for you, right?" Talking about the beetles, she was more so asking the other female a question, rather than implying it.

Din finally began to bring her mind back to them. However, after a quick jolt towards the building, she once again went after a beetle. But Eos was surprised to hear the other howl. Tilting her maw slightly, she listened as she mentioned catching a bird. Eos could not help but give a curious, and yet confused, look. A bird? It was not as if she had anything against it. Still, catching birds was rather difficult. Or...at least it had always been for her. Their ability to fly made things difficult. Seeing Sue's grin, Eos smiled back. "Yep!" She barked happily, a slight bounce in her step.

Padding over towards Din, she stared at the bird. "Yep. You got one." Smiling playfully, she looked over to Sue. "Rabbit always tastes really good, though." Eos was dreadfully thankful for meeting the two. Not only did she have someone to talk to, but she also had somewhere to stay.
